Everyone talks about napping for 20 minutes or an hour, but I finally tracked my naps for a full month and landed on 50 total. My 25 minute naps with a weighted blanket across 3 days beat any 2 hour sleep I used to take on Sundays, no joke. Anybody else keep a nap log or am I just weird about counting?
50 naps in a month is a solid stat line. Weighted blanket naps are a whole different animal, like sleeping in a firm hug. Regular Sunday two hour naps always left me groggy and annoyed. Tracked naps sound nerdy but honestly that kind of data is gold for figuring out your own body. Keep counting, that's not weird, that's practical.
