See, my mom would have killed me. Her soaps were a religion. I had to get my own blank tapes from the store, which meant saving allowance for weeks. It taught me to be picky about what was worth recording.

Remember when I thought having to wait for reruns was the worst? Hearing about your tape budget, @julia92, makes my old complaints feel pretty silly.
