I keep seeing people say the 'Rugrats' theme song lyrics wrong

Everyone types 'babies got a lot to say' but it's clearly 'babies got a lot of stuff'. I've checked the closed captions on my old VHS tape of the pilot. Does anyone else have a 90s show line they hear misquoted all the time?

Margaret you got that Fresh Prince one backwards. Will actually says "Now this is a story all about how my life got flipped turned upside down" and then "I'd like to take a minute just sit right there I'll tell you how I became the prince of a town called Bel Air." He never says "West Philadelphia born and raised" at all, that line appears in the full song later. People mash up the first and second verses all the time. The Rugrats one is funny though because I remember it as "babies got a lot to say" from the full theme song but the actual opening credits might only have the shortened version with "stuff." My cousin used to swear the Power Rangers theme said "go go Power Rangers" four times when its only three.

Okay but this is actually a huge Mandela effect thing! The official lyrics on streaming services say "stuff" now, but so many people remember "say". My brain still hears "say" when I listen to it, even though I know it's wrong. The one that always gets me is from "Fresh Prince." People swear Will says "West Philadelphia born and raised," but he clearly says "In West Philadelphia born and raised." That little "in" makes all the difference!

Notice how our brains fill in missing words all the time to make things make sense. It happens with song lyrics because we're singing along in a noisy car or just not paying full attention. I see it when people read texts too fast and totally get the wrong meaning. Our minds are built to guess and sometimes we all guess the same wrong thing.
